About Cheaper Cart Parts

CheaperCartParts came into being in 2001 after numerous golfers, coming into the Golf shops my brother and I owned in Canberra, complained, time after time, about the exorbitant prices they were continually having to pay for spare parts for their golf carts.

After spending considerable time researching the overseas market, we developed business relationships with a number of U.S. based suppliers and started importing golf cart parts, in a small way, to test the market.

Having decided that the internet was the best way to showcase our parts to as wide a market as possible, we had a rudimentary shopping cart built (well before they become readily available) and launched www.cheapercartparts.com.au the same year.

Since then, we have grown steadily each year, have moved to beautiful Lake Macquarie and larger premises, revamped our website and shopping cart and now stock over 550 separate parts for Club Car, Yamaha and E-Z-GO golf carts. ... We also promise that, if we don't have it in stock, we'll get it for you.
